 1. SERVICES PROVIDED BY INTEGRITY CONSULTANT.

Integrity Consultant shall provide Client  ("SERVICES") specified as below :

 

 

A.Accounting  & Tax Service (Biaya Jasa Mulai dari Rp.12.000.000)

1.1. Making Jurnal Voucher for all transactions

1.2. Making Financial Report such as Balance Sheet and Income Statement

1.3. Monthly Financial Report Filing

1.4. Print ledger after financial report approved by the client

1.5. Cash custodian management services -> cheque payment to suppliers, staff, payroll or government authorities

1.6. Calculating monthly tax payable such as PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26 and PPh 4(2)

1.7. Pay and report monthly tax payable

1.8. Filing monthly tax report

1.9. Annual Tax Computation, reporting and filing

1.10. Process and validate payroll calculation

1.11. Calculating BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan

Payroll Services
Scope of work :
* Process and validate payroll calculation
* Calculating BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan

 

B.Due Diligence (Biaya Jasa Mulai dari Rp.36.000.000,-)
Menganalisa cash flow
Review laporan keuangan
Evaluasi proyeksi managemen
Melakukan diskusi komprehensif dengan manajemen dan penasihat anda

 

C.Financial Report Reconstruction ( Biaya Jasa Mulai dari Rp.30.000.000)

Integrity Consultant akan menyusun ulang dan mengaudit Laporan Keuangan dalam rentang waktu beberapa tahun kebelakang.
